ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER

Hello Everyone!
My name is Jessica, but you can call me Jess. I am a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner living on beautiful Vancouver Island. I was born and raised in small-town Southern Alberta, but the mountains were always calling my name. After moving to Nelson, B.C to attend the Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences I completed over 3,400 hours of practical experience and classroom instruction before becoming a licensed TCM Practitioner. I have a deep fascination of the human body and growing interest in internal medicine. My favorite areas of treatment surround menstrual health, digestive disorders, mental/emotional well-being, and dermatology. However, my main passion in treatment is sharing my medicine and empowering my patients to support their own well-being, hence the name Renewable Wellness. Aside from being immersed in the world of TCM I spend much of my time with my head in a book, exploring nature, and spending time with my friends and family.
